As a Field Service Technician in Aledo, TX, you will provide expert repair and maintenance for industrial equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This role requires a background in electromechanical systems and experience with electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics, with a focus on field service within industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert repair services for technology solutions.
  • Maintain fleet in the field.
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
  • Improve measurable success to business targets.
  • Document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic.
  • Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
  • Good command in English; second language knowledge is a bonus.
  • High energy levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
