Atlas Copco is looking for a Field Service Technician for their Specialty Rental division in Gonzales, LA. This hybrid role requires 2-3+ years of experience in industrial field service, with expertise in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The technician will be responsible for repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert repair services for technology solutions.
  • Deliver unmatched customer satisfaction and uphold safety standards.
  • Maintain fleet in the field.
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
  • Improve measurable success to business targets.
  • Document all work performed daily using company hardware and software.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic.
  • Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
