Responsibilities
- Review service schedules and prepare tools and parts for on-site visits.
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Handle both planned maintenance and urgent technical issues.
- Document service activities and communicate clearly with clients and support teams.
- Provide technical assistance on-site and remote for supplied equipment (PV Inverters, BESS, PCS Equipment, MV Switchgear, MV Transformers, Auxiliary panels).
- Generate daily and technical assistance reports.
- Perform remote follow-up of equipment operation and prevent future errors.
- Coordinate with the engineering department for improvement requests and retrofits.
Requirements
- Intermediate Level Vocational Education and Training (VET) Module in Electronic, Electrical, Renewable Energy or similar.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability for short-term and high-frequency trips, both national and international.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Valid Class B driving license.

- Knowledge and experience in power electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, and communication networks.
