Join Alfa Laval's Service Academy as a Field Service Engineer in Tlalnepantla. This full-time, on-site role involves executing maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer sites, with a focus on sustainable technologies and potential migration to the US, Canada, or Mexico. You'll leverage your engineering degree and experience in equipment maintenance, supported by training and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Execute maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer site.
Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer site.
Prepare service jobs for shortest possible execution time.
Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
Write and obtain customer signature on service reports on site.
Update service execution IT system with relevant information.
Report unsafe practices, incidents, and work for continuous improvement.
Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities.
Proactively recommend spare parts purchases to customers.
Execute service in Service Centres if required.

Requirements

Mechanical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical, or related engineer university degree.
Relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in automation and process control.
2 to 4 years of professional experience in Field equipment maintenance (client site) focused on preventive and basic corrective maintenance.
High English level.
Experience with Mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Certifications (Tarjeta profesional o Cedula profesional).

Desired Qualifications

Potential for migration to the United States, Canada or Mexico.
