Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
- Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
- Document all activities.
- Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in technical service for industrial equipment, preferably compressors and/or vacuum pumps.
- Strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques.
- Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation principles.
- Ability to apply structured and analytical thinking to solve problems effectively.
- Experience resolving technical issues of a mechanical and electrical nature.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proactive ownership of tasks.
- Native speaker of the local language (Greek/Turkish) with basic English proficiency.
- Intermediate PC / IT skills.
