Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in workshop and field service environments.
- Adapting work schedules based on customer requirements, including evening or weekend work.
- Using technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Managing work, customer relationships, retention, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong electrical background with experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience working in a workshop repair and field service environment.
- Adaptable and willing to adjust work schedules based on customer requirements.
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable in addressing customer needs and delivering solutions.
- Proficient in using technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel to customer sites.
- Strong work management, customer relationship, retention, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Good product and technical knowledge.
- Computer proficient.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of motor control systems, VFDs, electrical panels, and industrial automation systems is an advantage.
