Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
- Provide on-site technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose equipment issues and resolve or escalate them within agreed timelines.
- Follow all safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and provide accurate feedback to management and technical teams.
- Use company systems to manage service notifications, work orders, and related documentation.
- Participate in on-call support and respond to customer emergencies as required.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with customer site regulations and company policies.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks, training, and other duties as directed by management.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including customer engagement.
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
