In short

We are seeking a Factory Controller responsible for product group controlling activities, daily/monthly costing, reporting, analysis, presentation, quarterly forecasts, and yearly budgets. This role requires close communication with factory and central teams, daily business support, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relevant product group scope controlling activities.
  • Handle daily/monthly costing, reporting, analysis, and presentation.
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and yearly budgets.
  • Oversee controlling and project implementation in the factory.
  • Maintain close communication with factory, supporting, and central controller teams.
  • Provide daily business support to the Factory Manager.
  • Maintain system data and financial competence.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • University degree or above with a major in finance.
  • 3+ years of work experience in FIE with factory controlling, cost, and analysis experience.
  • Fair knowledge of general accounting/tax and processes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Good English proficiency (oral and writing).

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified accountant.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Microsoft D365 experience is a plus.
  • Mindset of teamwork and leadership.
