Responsibilities

Explore and understand external developments and emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact or usefulness to the organization.
Support the collection of business requirements through methods like interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis.
Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
Collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights.
Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to business cases.
Collate and analyze data independently using pre-set tools, methods, and formats.
Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software and gather/summarize data for special reports.
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies.
Develop own capabilities through assessment, development planning, and training; gain or maintain external professional accreditation.
Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education and reading specialist media.

Requirements

Short-Cycle Tertiary Education 5 (equivalent to diploma)
Ability to research trends and developments in the property market.
Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data using various methods and tools.
Skill in preparing complex documents and summaries.
Ability to understand and explain complex processes and policies.
Commitment to personal capability building and continuous learning.
