Nordea is seeking an experienced AI & Analytics Engineer in Gdańsk, Poland, to build advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions using technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, and Snowflake. This full-time hybrid role involves designing dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions to improve operational decision-making and service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Build AI and business intelligence analytics solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, and Power Platform.
- Design and develop dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders.
- Improve IT operational performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making by analyzing and modeling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of analytics and AI.
- Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in an Agile (SAFe) environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL), data modeling, and DAX.
- Experience working with data platforms such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Dataverse, or similar.
- Experience building or contributing to AI-enabled solutions, for example using Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience designing analytical products, dashboards, reports, and decision-support solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, at minimum C1 level.
- A Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Desired Qualifications
- Hold a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification, such as PL-300, or higher.
