We are seeking an Experienced Azure Platform Specialist to join our solution team in Gdańsk. You will be responsible for designing, building, automating, and operating Azure-based infrastructure and platform services. This hybrid role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure services, Databricks, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking components, and Azure Databricks environments.
- Support Azure networking and infrastructure operations, including connectivity, access management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to DevOps practices by maintaining CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates (optional, but considered an advantage).
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security, monitoring, and platform operations.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, including workspace, cluster, job, security, and performance considerations.
- Solid understanding of DevOps ways of working, including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and environment governance.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise integrations, PLM, ERP, PIM systems, event-driven architecture, or data platform solutions is a plus.
- Relevant Azure, Databricks, DevOps, networking, or Terraform certifications are considered an advantage.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools for controlled and repeatable cloud deployments is also a plus.
