Ericsson is seeking an eSourcing and Contract Admin Specialist in Taguig, Philippines, to drive efficiency and innovation in Sourcing operations. This role involves managing eSourcing events, liaising with stakeholders and suppliers, and supporting contract lifecycle management within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

Create eSourcing events in the online system (SSS) for various projects across different categories and geographies.
Manage eSourcing project phases, ensuring timelines and service levels are met.
Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers from request creation to completion.
Clarify sourcing project objectives for suppliers.
Provide progress updates to Sourcing Managers.
Escalate project-related issues to Sourcing Managers or other management functions.
Manage supplier/stakeholder complaints to mutual benefit.
Analyze eSourcing project outcomes and recommend supplier selections.
Assist Sourcing Managers with award decisions upon request.
Serve as the liaison between Sourcing Managers and Suppliers.
Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to develop negotiation objectives.
Work with internal teams to ensure sourcing project objectives are met.
Report time and activities according to internal regulations.
Support the global Sourcing organization with contracts-related tools and systems (DCM, SCLM until sunset).
Ensure digital stages of contract handling are completed in accordance with work processes.
Clarify identified solutions for stakeholder support requests.
Provide status updates to Team Coordinators and/or Line Managers on assigned support requests and projects.
Escalate task completion issues to Team Coordinators or other management functions.
Collaborate with Team Coordinators, stakeholders, and other teams to improve tools and processes.

Requirements

5-8 years of sourcing experience in the telecommunications industry.
Excellent Communication skills.
Previous knowledge of eSourcing tools (document management and/or online procurement) is a plus.
