HCLTech is looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This role requires extensive experience in program management, with a focus on integration projects and product onboarding. The candidate must be proficient in Agile methodologies and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with various business units to monitor and control projects.
Drive the program with minimal supervision, managing multiple business owners and their requirements.
Manage Integration projects, product onboarding, and product management.
Prepare and present slides (ppt/google slides).
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application.
Work with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams.

Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
15+ years of experience in managing large programs.
5+ years of experience in leading highly-complex, technically-challenging, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
Solid experience in Agile methodologies.
Very good stakeholder management experience.
Good experience in managing Integration projects and Product onboarding and product management experience is essential.
Excellent slides (ppt/google slides) preparation and presentation skill.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.

Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environments.
