- Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
- Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
- Lead yourself to continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the area of customer service.
- Support relevant stakeholders to ensure customers visit IKEA again and provide right preconditions to enable children to stay engaged with the play areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
