Jako specjalista ds. EHS w Łodzi będziesz odgrywać kluczową rolę w zapewnieniu bezpiecznego, zdrowego i zgodnego z przepisami środowiskowymi miejsca pracy. Będziesz wspierać organizację w utrzymaniu zgodności z przepisami dotyczącymi bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, wymogami środowiskowymi oraz standardami korporacyjnymi, jednocześnie napędzając inicjatywy promujące silną kulturę bezpieczeństwa i ciągłe doskonalenie.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, company standards, and corporate EHS requirements.
  • Identify workplace risks, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain EHS documentation, environmental permits, reports, and legal compliance records, ensuring timely regulatory submissions.
  • Support projects, process improvements, and operational activities by integrating health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Deliver EHS guidance and training, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

  • Higher education or postgraduate qualifications enabling work in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to deliver training and share knowledge with employees.

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional training or courses related to environmental protection and employer obligations.
  • Internal Auditor qualifications for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 9001.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Management Systems.
  • Experience participating in internal or external audits.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and related EHS risks.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and environmental sustainability initiatives.
