As a Documentation and Expedition Engineer, you will maintain technical dossiers for CNG/CBG compressors, ensuring compliance with QAP and legal requirements. Responsibilities
- Establish, streamline, and optimize the documentation process for the GPP business line.
- Lead and establish the digitalization of the documentation process.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of technical files/dossiers for CNG/CBG compressors before FAT.
- Check QAP as per project requirements and verify required test certificates.
- Maintain quality of documentation and escalate issues with company and vendors.
- Review supplier documents and verify correctness against product/certification requirements.
- Interact with suppliers for missing documents and follow up on pending certificates.
- Submit technical certificates, test reports, and manuals on time.
- Monitor task completion and maintain appropriate system records.
- Maintain physical and scanned documents as per machine serial numbers.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering from a Government Recognized Technical Board.
- For Diploma: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- For Degree: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to company goals.
- Ability to take on new challenges and adopt changes quickly.

- Ability to lead a team to achieve results.
