Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact communications programs.
  • Build and execute long-term and near-term communications strategies to elevate Snapdragon's role.
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior business leaders.
  • Drive breakthrough activations to establish Snapdragon as a premium technology and culture brand.
  • Leverage relationships with media, analysts, creators, and partners for storytelling and competitive issue management.
  • Manage incoming media inquiries and develop response strategies.
  • Lead regional agency and in-house resources for coordinated global communications programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally across marketing, product management, engineering, sales, and executives.
  • Own business unit reporting and budget management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Public Relations or related work experience, OR Associate's degree and 12+ years of Public Relations or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may substitute for up to two years of work experience.
  • Experience leading press/media relations, analyst relations, and influencer relations programming.
  • Experience leading global media events, media tours, product launches, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • 12+ years of Public Relations or related work experience in the technology space.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
  • Able to positively lead a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work well and influence others across the organization (marketing, engineering, product management, executives).
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across simultaneous projects.
