Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of Executive Review Meetings, Management Review Meetings, and Technical Review Meetings.
- Manage and protect the calendars of multiple senior executives.
- Stand up and run a cross-functional GTM Advisory Council.
- Build and run the governance framework for controlled demand and beta programs.
- Partner with Product, field teams, and business unit leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and allocate early-access opportunities.
- Drive content readiness checks and briefing quality gates.
- Turn meeting outputs into crisp decision logs and action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of senior-level program management or operations experience, ideally in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record running executive-level governance, review processes, or PMO functions at scale.
- Track record of influencing across functions and business units without formal authority.
- Exceptional prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written synthesis skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor, EDA, IP, or simulation go-to-market dynamics is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product portfolios and the operational challenges of managing constrained early-access technology is a plus.
- Detail-obsessed in a way that creates trust.
- Thinks in frameworks, not one-offs.
- Can take a complex, multi-stakeholder discussion and turn it into a two-paragraph summary.
- Operates with a level of follow-through that makes people stop checking on you.
