Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will own the strategy and roadmap for internal digital products within the data domain. You will translate customer needs into actionable user stories and deliver an MVP, ensuring data integration and making data-driven decisions. This entry-level role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in product or data/software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories.
- Drive the digital product strategy and define the roadmap working with multi-functional team.
- Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders and developers to prioritize the product backlog.
- Create MVP (minimum viable product) to confirm product value.
- Design data pipelines leveraging Azure, Databricks and PBI.
- Make data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments.
- Implement best practices for product operations and data management for the product including data governance, security, and compliance.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in product management, data engineering and visualization and AI.
- Test/Experiment with AI agents to drive higher value of the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience as product manager/product owner.
- 1-2 years of experience in data engineering/software engineering with a proven track.
- Proficiency in SQL, and Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in Data bricks/Microsoft Fabric.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Actively participates in teamwork while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
- Defines and leads the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications preferred: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Python Programming Certification, Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate [DP-700] or Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional
- Preferred Experience: Experience building AI products and agents on industry platforms like N8N, Lang Graph /Lang chain etc.
