Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and onboarding of digital solutions.
  • Support the use and adoption of digital platforms and solutions into customer business environments.
  • Participate in ideation workstreams from identifying needs to defining development.
  • Provide software support and engineering services including end-user support, training, maintenance, testing, and release management.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting for successful deployment.
  • Deliver user training and retraining programs.
  • Contribute to software product development by recommending new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support digitalization objectives.
  • Work within a motivated and innovative team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in sales, sales support, or sales process/tool operations and development.
  • Experience working with or developing sales process technologies (e.g., Configure-Price-Quote systems, CRMs, price management systems).
  • Experience in rollouts and user support.
  • Comfort communicating in English.
