Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, conversion, and quality checks on digital content for comic readers.
- Validate accurate conversion to digital format.
- Understand comic content requirements, graphic editing tools, and operation workflow tools.
- Adapt and learn new features on editing tools and improve editing efficiency.
- Follow editing SOP to spot/catch errors in content.
- Perform content quality check for user experience (flow and format quality) on Kindle devices.
- Use software tools for quality audit, content editing, and data capture.
- Be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality, and delivery SLA.
- Provide status reports, communicate relevant information, and escalate issues to global stakeholders.
- Come up with improvement ideas for the editing/QA process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Adobe Photoshop.
- Awareness of Comic and Manga books.
- Graduate degree with exposure to image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, MS Office and comfort with numbers.
