Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Microsoft's service to Medium Enterprise managed clients, driving their digital transformation.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Leverage digital tools and orchestrate team resources to address customer needs.
  • Engage with Partners to find optimal solutions for customer requirements.
  • Manage territory, pipeline, and forecast expected sales revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing industry and competitive knowledge.
  • Accelerate career growth by honing sales and collaboration skills, and deepening cloud expertise.
  • Orchestrate specialized resources to engage with customers, providing solutions-based and technology-based engagement.
  • Leverage partners to provide the right solution for the customer's transformation journey.
  • Build partner relationships to drive scale and revenue.
  • Coach and influence partners on solution needs and coordinate resources across teams.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft's products, landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.
  • Understand and accelerate customer's AI and cloud strategy.

Requirements

  • Focus on generating new pipeline by engaging with CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs through territory planning, marketing signals, and digital assets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within Microsoft.
  • Identify decision-makers by understanding customer organization structure, leveraging partners and v-teams.
  • Engage with C-Suite executives and focus on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Take ownership for issues and reach out to customers to reinforce engagement.
  • Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor satisfaction metrics by proactively establishing conditions of satisfaction and managing escalations.
  • Think strategically about sales territory for accounts, setting standards and priorities.
  • Help existing/new customers adopt cloud solutions via a cohesive plan across adds, consumption, upsell, co-sell, and renewal, maximizing customer business outcomes and experience.
  • Build enough pipeline to have a growing and sustainable business every single quarter.
  • Embody Microsoft's culture and values.

Desired Qualifications

  • Account Management experience.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and customer cloud strategy.
  • Experience in understanding and accelerating customer's AI strategy.
  • Partnering experience, including building partner relationships and driving strategic partner participation.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40.96 - $80.96 per hour.
  • The base pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $60.96 - $86.11 per hour.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
