- Server rack installation

- Troubleshooting network issues
- Responding to emergent situations affecting operational stability

- Meeting SLAs against assigned trouble tickets
- First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting
- Performing on-call duties
- Participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities
- Participating in team meetings for metric analysis
- Contributing to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to lift & rack equipment up to 18kg
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations
- Knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures
- Willingness to cover 24x7 shift rotation
