Responsibilities
- Develop and promote advanced analytics frameworks and services to improve business performance within digital product teams.

- Apply modern software development practices, including debugging and version control.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and add value to Ingka.
- Promote agile ways of working in data science, including rapid prototyping and continuous deployment.
- Integrate AI to improve processes by developing agents or products based on LLMs and computer vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Physics, Science, or equivalent; Preferred: Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data, or Advanced Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Jupyter Lab, Big Query, and Databricks.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Proficiency with Git, development using GitHub Copilot, and best development practices.
- More than three years of experience as a Data Scientist with projects involving machine learning models and AI agents (LLM/computer vision).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) and implementing DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Proactive, self-organized, and committed to high-quality results.
- Good knowledge of modern applied algorithms (predictive and prescriptive) for retail environments.
- Good knowledge of data pre-processing techniques and demanding SQL queries for ETL.
- Experience with development tools like VS Code, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments (Azure or GCP).
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
