As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will learn to prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and decommission equipment under guidance. This role supports Microsoft's cloud services, including Azure and Office 365, and offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

Contribute to issue tracking and seek guidance for timely resolution.
Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required training.
Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Comply with security and data management procedures.
Maintain a strong client focus to understand the impact of work.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information.
Take pride and ownership in the quality and completeness of data center facilities.

Requirements

Completed High/Secondary School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Driving license and car essential due to dual site nature of the role.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Some experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
