In short

Transcom is seeking a CX IT Implementation Specialist in Manila to deliver custom implementations of cloud-based contact center tools. This role requires configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting various third-party applications in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver project-like custom implementations of Transcom’s contact centre tools tailored to specific requirements of the Client.
  • Configure, test, deploy, and support multiple contact center tools.
  • Work closely with Support teams, Business Analysts, Solution Engineers and the internal client.

Requirements

  • High School or Technical High School Diploma.
  • Work experience in any of the following languages: Python, Golang, MySQL, T-SQL or C++.
  • Work experience with and sound understanding of relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
  • Web Application Development experience with ASP, .NET framework.
  • Basic understanding of segmented networks.
  • Work experience in a policy and process controlled enterprise IT environment.
  • Google Suite: Intermediate (power user).
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate (power user).
  • Job Specific software: Genesys, Altitude, GoContact, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Avaya experience portal, Parloa, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSIS, Postman.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science from University or College is a plus.
  • Work experience with contact center technologies: dialers, ACD systems is a plus.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) certification is a plus.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
