Autoliv is looking for a Customer Logistics Specialist to coordinate packaging and logistics for customer projects, manage orders, monitor shipments, and prepare reports. The role requires upper-secondary education, strong MS Office skills, and intermediate English proficiency. Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate packaging and logistics requirements for new and existing customer projects.
- Create, maintain, and issue packaging instructions and related documentation.
- Design, order, and coordinate the supply of packaging and auxiliary materials.
- Manage orders for returnable packaging and indirect materials, monitor fulfillment, and verify invoices.
- Check and keep track of inbound and outbound shipments’ administration, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor returnable packaging inventory, conduct physical inventories, and optimize stock levels.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers verbally and in writing to ensure deadlines and SLA compliance.
- Support the implementation of new projects; provide logistics support for technical changes and product launches.
- Support production planning and ensure the availability of component and inventory needs.
Requirements
- Minimum upper-secondary education (economic, logistics, or technical field is an advantage).
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and a task-focused, precise working style.
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or purchasing is an advantage (1–3 years), but we welcome applications from entry-level candidates.
- Communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in dangerous goods packaging and logistics support for product launches.
- Degree in logistics or packaging engineering.
- Previous experience working with international customers and suppliers.
