Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the Profit & Loss of the assigned business line.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational and financial excellence.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business line performance.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record in sales or marketing of capital goods & service.
  • Previous experience managing a sales organization or business unit.
  • Strong ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and business profitability.
  • Solid grasp of financial accounting principles and ability to interpret financial reports.
