Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Operations leadership and teams to facilitate adoption of new tools and frameworks.
- Build organizational Continuous Improvement capability and drive sustainable improvements in service delivery, data quality, and customer experience.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Continuous Improvement and HR Operations projects.
- Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities within HR Operations.
- Analyze operational and performance data and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in, alignment, and clear communication.
- Collaborate with HR Operations teams and leadership to implement process optimization initiatives.
- Apply structured root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks.
- Mentor and support team members in Continuous Improvement and Project Management practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GBS/SSC environments.
- Previous HR Operations experience is a must-have.
- Proven track record in Project Management and Continuous Improvement.
- Qualified in Lean Six Sigma at Green Belt or Black Belt level.
- Demonstrated experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Skilled in applying structured frameworks for root cause analysis, problem-solving, and performance management.
- Strong data analytics and data literacy skills, including KPI design and governance.
- Experience preparing reports, visualizations, and KPI frameworks.
- Highly adept in Workday and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience leading or contributing to AI and automation implementation projects within HR Services.
- Fluent communication in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging diverse and senior stakeholders.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
