Responsibilities
- Carrying out site commissioning jobs as instructed
- Implementation of related Company rules and regulations within the team
- Supervising team personnel, including recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution
- Conducting safety audits and providing education to team members
- Ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management system within the team
- Ensuring reasonable team utilization
- Managing project commissioning processes and their commissioning margin
- Improving team members’ paperwork
- Supervising and approving team members’ reimbursements
- Developing team competence
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Assisting in managing planning coordination of new commissioning and service assignments
- Assisting in maintaining and monitoring related records and reports and order fulfilment functions to ensure timely customer services
- Investigative activities in connection with sales of services, repairs, and spare parts, preliminary on service jobs onboard ships
- Performing other allied jobs assigned by the Company/supervisor
Requirements
- Engineering background preferred
- Good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marine field preferred
- Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force
- Good communication skills preferred
- Good management and leadership skills preferred
- Fluent English preferred
- Flexible can-do and will-do attitude
