Responsibilities
- Understand the Volvo UK Fleet Sales business and customers.
- Follow up, maintain, and improve current initiatives and internal processes.
- Support and improve current communication actions toward dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Create and implement new ways of working in the key areas of customer contracts and sales administration.
- Assist in local projects, recommendations, and improvement areas.
- Support the Key Account Sales and Administration functions with some of the largest customers Volvo Trucks works with.
- Perform any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a Business/Marketing Degree or related degree.
- Completed 2 years of study, with placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
- Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, comfortable with changing or managing multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a keen interest in learning company systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure when having to multitask.
- Confident with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
- Enjoy working collaboratively, being able to work across multiple teams to find out necessary information.
Desired Qualifications
- 12-month placement between 2nd and 3rd year of degree.
- Cannot accept applications from those who have completed their degree.
