- Plan and activate club/customer engagement activities, ensuring they are relevant to customer needs and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Use customer, market and competitive insights to shape effective commercial activities and club initiatives.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and analyze activity performance and use learnings to improve future planning.
- Understand the financial impact of commercial activities and contribute to profitable, sustainable growth.
- Build strong relationships, collaborate and co-create with stakeholders while keeping the customer at the center.
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial planning, sales activation, and club/customer engagement activities.
- Understanding of the IKEA range, customer behavior, local market, and competition.
- Comfortable working across functions and with different stakeholders to turn commercial plans into effective customer-facing activities, both online and in the store.
