Requirements
- Solid internal communications experience, leading work from strategy to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise, influence and push back.
- Sound understanding of IKEA’s vision, values and culture.
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to create, edit and deliver most of the work.
- Competencies to use AI and other digital tools to bring comms plans to life.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Senior, hands-on role for an experienced internal communications professional.
- Primarily looking for candidates already based in the Öresund region.
- Work from the office at least 3 days per week.
- One permanent position and one temporary position (approx. 7 months).
