Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts.
- Operate two or more CNC machines per shift, meeting production targets.
- Work safely, following all safety regulations.
- Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
- Observe machine operation to verify accuracy, detect malfunctions, and adjust machines using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform first part inspection and regular checks to ensure parts are within tolerance.
- Exercise special care to ensure the machine is running correctly to avoid costly damage.
Requirements
- Major in mechanical production or CNC machine.
- Graduated from a technical school or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of operating CNC machines.
- Ability to understand drawings.
- Ability to operate and set up CNC equipment.
