In short

As a Cloud Solution Architect aligned to Factory delivery, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes by leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI business solutions. You will lead technical conversations, accelerate customer adoption by building Agentic AI solutions, and resolve unblocking issues for the AI Factory.

Responsibilities

Provide technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects in the AI Cloud Accelerate Factory.
Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management using a factory model/approach.
Ensure solutions have high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by ensuring customers understand the value proposition of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and technical subject matter expertise.
Architect Copilot Studio Agent Solutions aligned with business and IT needs.
Advocate for customers by sharing insights and best practices, and influencing improvements and roadmap prioritization.
Debug technical issues and provide fixes for engagements encountering blockers.
Depict customer business processes and prepare for analysis and improvement of business process performance.
Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences.
Experienced in delivery management, opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, and partner engagement.
Collaborate in virtual teams to develop and drive M365 Copilot usage opportunities through influence.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Relevant experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
Relevant experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
