Responsibilities

Manage budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for Micro Fulfillment Center.
Lead and mentor a team of cluster managers to ensure performance objectives are met.
Build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength.
Drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives.
Measure team performance, provide feedback, and hold accountable.
Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network.
Collaborate with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, S&LP, Ops, IT) to secure resources.
Address operational and personnel issues affecting functional areas.
Surface issues with potential to affect multiple functional areas to senior management.
Focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and operate efficiently.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.

Requirements

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
