Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a self-steering team of multicompetent experts.
- Communicate team mission and vision, facilitating agile operations.
- Expand the portfolio of air & gas treatment solutions with ceramic-based products.
- Manage product development, asset investment, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee the P&L and operational efficiency of the product line.
- Monitor product profitability and implement cost savings.
- Support cross-fertilization with R&D incubator by evaluating new technologies.
- Integrate radical innovation into robust production processes.
- Ensure high standards in performance and sustainability for ceramic substrates.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical-scientific or technical-commercial field.
- Proven experience in product development or people management.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to motivate a high-performance team.
- Emotional intelligence to handle sensitive matters effectively and respectfully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial, optimistic, and collegial mindset.
- Transparent communication skills and strong awareness of diverse personalities.

Desired Qualifications
- Affinity with chemical adsorption processes and core Atlas Copco systems is a plus.
- Strong willingness to thoroughly expand knowledge in chemical adsorption processes.
- Practical experience with QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) or another start-up methodology is considered a bonus.
