- Communicate audit results to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Browse Amazon site and use search techniques to locate specific products internally and externally.
- Analyze data to identify emerging trends and patterns, contributing insights to strategic decision-making.
- Produce executive metrics and recommend process and systems improvements.
- Demonstrate mastery of Seller Support operations and tools.
- Scope and recommend new improvements in audit activities.
- Proactively serve as a technical resource and mentor for other associates.
Requirements
- 1+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS.
- Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments.
