Responsibilities
- Learn Alfa Laval products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across Food & Pharma, Water & Wastewater, Energy, and Ocean divisions.
- Participate in structured training and development activities to build technical, commercial, and operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with peers and leaders on cross-functional projects supporting business objectives.
- Develop an understanding of how various functions work together to deliver customer value.
- Build relationships with teams across engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, and supply chain.
- Apply problem-solving skills and contribute new ideas for continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to customer-focused solutions and the industries Alfa Laval serves.
- Transition into a full-time role upon successful program completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative.
- Curiosity and a drive to share new ideas.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to interpret technical data from multiple sources.
- Proven customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Team player mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50% during the program).
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of heat transfer, rotating equipment, or fluid separation/filtration is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to one of Alfa Laval's U.S. locations upon program completion.
