As a Business Process Manager in Pune, India, you will lead the end-to-end Parts Life Cycle Management processes, supporting the implementation of an AI-Enabled Central Parts Hub. This role involves driving global standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, while also managing and coaching a team of Parts Specialists and Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve Parts Life Cycle Management processes across PTS.
- Support the implementation of an AI-Enabled Central Parts Hub.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of core PTS processes (Spare Parts Proposal, MyQuest, Service Configurator, Recommended Spare Parts List).
- Define, track, and report process KPIs, translating data into insights and recommendations.
- Drive global standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Engineering, and other stakeholders to achieve PTS deliverables.
- Ensure knowledge continuity through structured documentation and effective knowledge sharing.
- Lead, develop, and coach Parts Specialists and Parts Coordinators.
- Establish a scalable operating model supporting PTS growth.
- Deliver standardized and reliable parts processes across Customer Centers worldwide.
Requirements
- Experience in business process management, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Proven people leadership capability, including coaching and team development.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort working with digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Open to travel based on business needs.
