Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified Solva opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior manufacturing leaders, positioning Seco as a strategic long-term partner.
  • Lead value-based business discussions focused on productivity improvement, operational excellence, sustainability, quality, and manufacturing transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and shape customer needs into commercially viable Solva solutions.
  • Qualify opportunities and guide them through pursuit, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to expand existing relationships and gain access to executive stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Project Engineering, Offer & Innovation, Operations, and appointed Project teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities and help strengthen Seco's market position within strategic manufacturing sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven business developer with a strong track record of securing new business opportunities and building pipelines from scratch.
  • Experienced in engaging with senior decision-makers and influencing stakeholders at executive level.
  • Comfortable working in complex, solution-based sales environments.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • A university degree or equivalent higher education qualification is preferred, although significant relevant industry experience will also be considered.
