We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in Microsoft 365 and RPA projects, driving digital transformation and efficiency. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, capturing requirements, managing backlogs, and mentoring teams to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid position is based at our Pune, India campus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and user stories.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Support quality assurance activities and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Track Agile performance metrics and provide status reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
  • Mentor team members on Agile best practices and relevant technologies.
  • Manage delivery and integration of solutions involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to mitigate risks and escalate issues.
  • Lead change impact assessments and support release planning.
  • Maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in Agile delivery.
  • Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to scale Agile in enterprise contexts.
  • Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Azure DevOps for workflow management and reporting.
  • Strong background with Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint Online, Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400 or similar.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or automation programs with a focus on measurable business value.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage geographically distributed teams and foster collaboration across time zones and cultures.
