Responsibilities
- Manage the technical scope of bids, ensuring delivery of accurate and competitive proposals aligned with standard solutions and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions, Project Engineering, Sourcing, Installation) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors).
- Handle technical documentation and compliance analysis.
- Support the bid manager during customer negotiations.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Project Engineering Manager upon contract award.
- Provide accurate estimates of engineering efforts for bid preparation.
- Analyze customer specifications and identify gaps with standard solutions.
- Build system architecture and coordinate technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead Technical Design Reviews.
- Ensure consistency and competitiveness in engineering quotations and risk evaluations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the signalling industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in signalling design.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in establishing technical solutions and architecture for Mainline and Urban Tenders.
- Proficiency in reviewing documentation and challenging technical choices.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
