In short

This role supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by auditing real-time and offline data, primarily focusing on maintaining inventory accuracy. Associates will review videos of stowing actions, verify product locations using provided tools, and ensure high standards of quality and productivity in a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and best practices.
  • Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Aid in defect reduction and maintaining fulfillment center's stow quality.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting for remote work.
  • Attend virtual meetings with laptop camera switched ON.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct response.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and exceptionally good team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home).
  • Bachelor's degree.

Desired Qualifications

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

  • Rotational two-consecutive day off (5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).
