Responsibilities

  • Watch and audit hundreds of videos/images of stowing actions in a shift.
  • Verify or mark product locations with high accuracy and speed.
  • Provide responses based on goals for accuracy, productivity, and best practices.
  • Adhere to pre-defined break slots, ensuring 6.8 to 7 hours of active work per day.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting if working from home.
  • Ensure workspace and related data are accessed only by the employee.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with the laptop camera switched on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image, video, and text-based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals for quality and productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Exceptional team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
  • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/work areas, including weekends and holidays.
