This role involves auditing videos and images of stowing actions in Amazon Fulfillment centers to ensure inventory accuracy and stow quality. The Associate will perform precise video/image audits with speed and high accuracy, working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts for a 6-month contract duration.

Responsibilities

  • Watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Aid defect reduction in fulfillment centers.
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and stow quality.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams, and be an exceptionally good team player.
  • Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home).
