This role is for an Associate in ML Data Operations, focusing on enabling automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. The primary responsibility involves auditing videos and images to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stow quality. This is a 6-month contract position with a remote work mode.

Responsibilities

Watch and thoroughly understand videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
Use human judgment in combination with tools to indicate activity captured in videos.
Verify or mark the location of products through a tool with high accuracy and speed.
Perform precise and thorough video/image audits to aid defect reduction.
Provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
Spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Requirements

Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
High level of attention and focus on screen.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Ability to work with remote teams and be a team player.
Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Willingness to come to office for a few days when required (applicable for work from home associates).
Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
Maintain a dedicated workspace with a table, chair, and sufficient lighting (for remote associates).
Ensure workspace/work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee (for remote associates).

Rotational two-consecutive day off (5-day working week).
