Responsibilities
- Execute data annotation tasks across diverse portfolios for machine learning model training and validation.
- Analyze processes such as packaging innovation, object manipulation, inventory storage, and sortation automation.
- Perform precise annotation tasks including object detection, semantic segmentation, and object tracking.
- Write grammatically correct, creative, and technical texts adhering to complex project guidelines.
- Quickly learn and utilize specialized annotation tools and platforms.
- Scale and transition between 2-3 programs based on business needs.
- Validate data based on specific annotation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Enhance productivity and effectiveness of data generation through continuous improvement of methodologies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and share insights on edge cases.
- Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and a 9-hour shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0.6 - 5 years of experience working with data transcription and annotation.
- English proficiency (C1+ or > C1 fluency) with good business writing skills.
- Proficiency in generating high quality human insight data across text, image, video, and audio.
- Specialization in LLM annotation work using internal generative AI tools.
- Proficient research skills with experience to write basic prompts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote, multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation or other forms of data markup.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
