Autoliv is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller for its manufacturing plant in Cheyyar. This position requires 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in plant finance within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and corporate financial standards.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Collaborate with plant operations and cross-functional teams.
- Guide plant teams on finance-related transactions and processes.
- Support the Finance Controller in managing day-to-day financial operations.
Requirements
- CA / CWA / MBA Finance / Master's Degree in Finance from a reputed institution.
- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance.
- Strong experience in Plant Finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controls.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HFM and OneStream reporting tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
