Responsibilities
- Perform assembly/sub-assembly of machine modules, electrics, hydraulics, and cabin.
- Visually inspect quality and validity of delivered materials.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble or repair parts.
- Interpret technical documents like diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Identify and handle defective items per established procedures.
- Work according to standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Assist with on-the-job training and process improvement.
- Comply with safety policies and regulations.
- Report unsafe work habits, incidents, or near misses.
- Maintain hand tools and equipment for safe operation.
- Maintain an orderly work area and meet housekeeping requirements.
- Attend EHS trainings.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Willingness to learn equipment manufacturing, schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools, fasteners, and fittings.
- Ability to work as part of an integrated team.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience considered an asset.
- Overhead crane experience considered an asset.
